Most complaints about car hire in Lagos are not about the car. They are about what was left unsaid until the invoice arrived. So here it is up front.
- 12 hours, or a full 24
- A chauffeur-driven day is twelve hours from the agreed pick-up time. Self-drive is a full twenty-four. Extra hours are billed at a rate you are told before the trip, not after it.
- 30 litres of fuel included
- Chauffeur-driven hire comes with 30 litres in the tank — enough for a normal day across Lagos. Anything beyond it is refuelled at pump price with the receipt attached, and never marked up.
- Drivers we know
- Every chauffeur is a direct employee with a verified licence and a guarantor on file. No aggregated strangers.
- A replacement, not an excuse
- If a vehicle fails on contract, another one is sent. That is the whole point of keeping a fleet.
