What the day rate on each vehicle covers
Chauffeur-driven
Twelve hours from the agreed pick-up time, a driver we employ directly, and 30 litres of fuel. Extra hours are billed at a rate quoted before the trip starts, never negotiated on the road.
Self-drive
A full twenty-four hours. You need a valid Nigerian licence held three years, two photo IDs, proof of address and a refundable deposit. Return the vehicle at the fuel level you collected it.
Longer than a week
Weekly and monthly contracts cost materially less per day than repeat day hire, and the gap widens with the term. If the dates run past a week, ask for a contract rate rather than booking days.
Every vehicle above is one we own and service ourselves. Rates hold for travel within Lagos State; anywhere beyond it must be agreed before the vehicle leaves, because the insurance terms change at the state line. The full rate card and terms are published rather than quoted on request, and the FAQ covers deposits, waiting time and what happens if a vehicle fails mid-hire.
